Karen is a licensed psychologist and a summa cum laude graduate in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. She completed her Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from the University of Georgia. Prior to establishing her own coaching and advisory portfolio, Karen held the position of the southeast region coaching practice leader for the world's largest human resources consulting firm. Her work there included a role in the International Center for Excellence for Coaching to help determine and codify best practices for worldwide implementation.

Dirk’s corporate management experience is across multiple industries including health care, financial, and manufacturing. Combining his consulting skills as an applied psychologist with 14 years of business experience, Dirk applies high energy and the knowledge of best practices to coach leaders to be more successful in their current role and future roles. He has worked both internal to and consulting for Fortune 100 organizations. Leaders appreciate his pragmatic approach that maps onto business and industry needs. Dirk optimizes performance and helps individuals focus on what they can do NOW to be more successful. Dirk graduated from the University of Alaska and completed his Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational psychology from the University of Georgia. He is a member of the Society of Industrial Organizational Psychology (SIOP), the American Psychological Association, and the Technology Association of Georgia.
